Does Tarot Invite Spirits?

Introduction

As I said in the subtitle. Tarot does not invite any spirit that wasn't already there to begin with. A spirit is not just going to come swoop in because all the sudden you're pulling tarot cards. The spirit has been there with you the entire time with you. Most people reading this blog, I assume, haven't used Tarot much, if ever. And no telling what people's spiritual experiences have been like in general. But... We intermingle with spirits everyday. And there's aspects of attracting or repelling spirits that must be taken into consideration before we even pull Tarot. 

If attracting spirits is a fear that lingers in the back of our minds subconsciously. Then let's address it, and you will see that the way we live our life, or how we function in reality, is the true manifester of spirits in our life. These reasons below are the true things to keep in mind if someone is worried about attracting spirits.

What Does Manifests Spirits?

Your vibrational frequency attracts spirits that are alike it, whether it's positive or negative. Emotional wounds that basically create a beacon that lower vibrational entities are attracted to. Like a frequency, our magnetism to certain archetypes of spiritual entities. Whether that be entities that evoke love or entities that indulge in gluttony. If you believe in spiritual contracts that are made before entering this body, certain entities or spirits can walk along our path with us. Some may vary at different points in our life.

Environmental conditions where negative entities could be trapped, or where positive entities may reside. And when we pass through these places a spirit, positive or negative, may attach, depending on your vibration. So, as we progress through life, we must consciously always be aware of the energy put out, and what energy might be lingering around us. Create a more intimate relationship with the invisible world, and set energetic boundaries and continuously clean ourselves and our spaces energetically.

Fear, Concern or Curiosity of Spirits?

If you are new to tarot and haven't used it before, the concern, fear, or curiosity of this practice inviting spirits is normal. If fearful or concerned, this usually comes from not being around this type of world or reality where divination is practiced or discussed. If you are fearful or concerned because of what people have told you (which usually tend to be people who have never tried what they're rejecting) Why take advice from someone who lacks experience on a topic? But tries to preach about the same topic they lack experience in?

When we are raised and identify within a certain path - the same thoughts, beliefs, and fears are passed down from person to person. There is hardly ever a person that we come across - that will question this same path. The rigid way of existing..

But that's what you're here for :)

Now, if you're simply curious? That is also normal. It's good to be curious, but like I said above. As we live our life, the spirits, are already coming and going as we live our lives, and some are with us before we are born. At all times, we must be observant of the energies we are putting out, the frequency we are emitting. We should also build a deeper relationship with our spiritual guides, because our spiritual guides will protect us from lower vibrational entities. 

Every morning we wake up, we should be saying good morning to our guides, even if we don't know their names or faces. Every time we go to sleep, we should say good night to our guides. The more we acknowledge our spiritual team, the more we are protected, and the higher our vibration rises, the higher our frequency rises. Coming closer to our spiritual team helps - to bring us closer to ourselves. Help them help you.. 

Is there Spirit Engagement When Pulling Tarot Cards?

There can be. But this is where your clear intent matters. Decide between your spirit to engage with your reading, or channel from other spirits..

Your Spirit Pulls the Tarot Cards: 

God created the Earth. God gave flesh to spirit. God and spirit exists beyond Earth. So when I think about what or who is helping me pull tarot cards, I usually like to think of it as my spirit is, or my “higher self”. Our spirit exists beyond the flesh, exists beyond Earth. So, if it makes you feel comfortable, always believe and think that your spirit is helping you pull the tarot cards, and no other spirit. This is powerful because when you have this intent, clarity, and command in mind, every time you sit down and pull tarot cards, this intent will come to fruition. There will be no interference from any other spirit.

Can Other Spirits Influence Tarot?

Yes. Whatever we allow to happen. I believe that we can call upon certain guides, entities, spirits, beings, and allow them to work through us in order to guide our card selection and message. This is why it's important to be clear on who or what energy we want to select the tarot cards. Whether it's; Someone deceased from the other side? A spirit animal that has been following us all our life? Our higher self? It's all up to you. Be clear, and diligent. And know and believe that it is done.

If we just randomly start pulling tarot cards and taking the reading seriously. There's no telling what energy was pulling the tarot cards. It could be a trickster spirit. An energy of ours that could be ungrounded, and unclear on intent or direction. Tarot cards must be used consciously just like prayer, mediation, and journaling.

Tarot Empowerment 

Tarot does not open portals, and itself does not call in spirits or demonic entities. Tarot is not an ouija board where we intentionally call in random spirits to interact with us. Tarot is a reflective tool. What we attract and communicate with depends on our intention, energetic state, spiritual awareness, boundaries and discernment beforehand. The process isn't what's in control, it's our frequency and vibration

Tips, and Practices 

• Always set an intention before the reading. Imagine you as your spirit that exists beyond Earth. 

• Analyze your energy beforehand: Is it positive? Negative? Open? Curious? Grounded. Emotional, but capable? Not a good time for a reading? You should know yourself better than anyone else does..

• Make commands mentally, or vocally: (how I like to do it, much more powerful). “This reading is to gain clarity on…”

  “This reading is from my higher self…”

  “This reading is to gain guidance on…”

• Make boundaries 

  “Only pure spirits can guide me…”

  “Only my higher self may guide me…”

• Practice giving gratitude 

  “Thank you pure spirits for guiding me, and always watching over me…

  “Thank you higher self for guiding me…”

  “Thank you (deceased loved one), for remaining with me”

Physical reality is a construct of invisible reality. Invisible reality was here before the physical. So that means spirits are engaging and walking along with us before we are in the flesh. You were a spirit before human.. We live a life that looks mostly physical, but the invisible reality is always at play. We must always be mindful of what energy we are putting out, and attracting. As we become more mindful of our vibration, and state of mind. We live a much more sacred life. One engaged with our higher self, and other spirits of our highest path. Even if we never learn a name or face. 

Tarot can be the bridge of solidifying communication and harmony with our higher self, our unknown parts of ourself, and other spirits you may be curious to engage with. But only if you give consent and intention to this path. If we're aligned with love, groundedness, and intention, we won't draw in anything we're not meant to engage with
