Here and there I come across people that say they know how to astral project, or say they have had astral projection experiences, but don’t continue to astral project. For me it’s hard to see, but it’s also understandable. Everyone’s path or relationship with everything is unique, but below are reasons why I Astral Project, and continue to

Consciousness and Multidimensionality

AP has shown me most of the universe is non-physical and we originate from non-physical energies. How does this become known? Because what looks like emptiness to the human eyes, is where the potential of the complete opposite occuring. It could be a focal point where actually a lot of things are occurring at one time.. Just not visible to the human eye..

It helps me embody my non-physical self, offering profound understanding of existence beyond the physical. Constantly forcing me to look at life, and myself from the highest of perspectives. It's like a channel that can't be closed

I now embody that consciousness is not linear, non local, not fixed to the body — our mind and soul exist everywhere, maybe even inside consciousness itself?

Astral projection is the prime battleground for honing intent; aimlessness can result in being led to random or necessary lessons. “Clarity is King” in human 3d reality, and non physical reality. As your frequency and vibration bring instantaneous manifestations in the non-physical..

Intentional Living and Mind Mastery

As I advance in the practice it continually forces me to foster greater intentionality over my thoughts, emotions, and spiritual well-being. Showing me the importance of creating and maintaining a “mental and spiritual diet” to promote depth of life experience. (Physical and non-physical). Also helps me realize the power of unintentional thoughts in shaping reality. Whatever we aren't intentionally controlling within us, is controlling us. 

Access to Non-Physical Communities and Beings

The astral realm is populated with non-physical spirits, communities, and beings who can interact in ways that are fundamentally different from physical beings, friends, families, strangers. The various ways these beings, entities, and spirits will interact with you show you how to healthily disconnect from the egocentric way of thinking in human reality. Some beings don’t associate with names. Unless you build a relationship and give them a name. 

Increasing “popularity” or recognition among non-physical beings parallels how social “cliques”, groups, and familiar circles function in the physical world. It's interesting to see and experience various communities and how similar non-physical beings are to our reality in regards of being social and bonding.

Spiritual Healing and Shadow Work

Astral projection is likened to spiritual and psychedelic medicines (e.g., Ayahuasca, DMT, LSD), but AP is completely natural and autonomous. Even psychedelic medicines from Earth seem to give off an imitation to Astral Projection. It has shown me that psychedelics are a reflection of us and our true nature. 

For me AP is medicinal. It facilitates direct engagement in spiritual cleansing, healing and reprogramming, such as regrouping or reclaiming soul fragments, shedding anxieties, and observing personal character from a detached, observer state. Has helped me reclaim my entire soul. Embracing every aspect of who I choose to be, and my unique qualities.

I had no idea my first, intentional, out-of-body experience would change me as drastically as it did. Seeing my energy body, and my human body lying immobilized, but yet still conscious, still aware, still having the mental qualities that we do in waking life. This severed a cord to all of my egoic stories, all of my illusions, all of my past selves. It shifted my reality from being a human with a spirit. To being a spirit, in flesh.

Dimensional Perspectives on Relationships and Consciousness

AP has shown me that dimensions exist within any aspect of reality. Especially relationships with other people, yourself, and time. Your perception and beliefs are dimensionally based. 

For eg: 

Third Dimension: Based on physical attraction and conditional expectations. Not much awareness of all dimensions and possibilities existing here and now. Less inclined or attracted to healing.

Fourth Dimension: Introduction of spirituality, healing, and “shadow work”; described as still partly linear, featuring time-based healing and inner child work. A needing to travel time to the past of this particular lifetime in order to heal or reconcile with the past. Becoming a more secure partner, and a more secure individual with one's self..

Fifth Dimension and Higher: Emphasis on presence, acceptance, no conditional needs or expectations for love, quantum entanglement, and complete unity (“no separation”); relationships exist non-physically beyond time and space. There is no separation between you and your quantumly entangled partner. 

A sense of all versions of you existing now. You can choose to be the healed you now. Or the you that needs linear healing in order to become whole. The concept of choosing to be any version of you is hard to grasp until tangibly felt. Identity to your past traumas seem like a selection or choosing to exist in that timeline, instead of knowing all pain and trauma can be released permanently at any moment if one becomes truly emptied of the attachment to the past. And becomes settled in the here and now, where the past and future don't hold power over you..

I also highly believe people can fluctuate between dimensions. Knowing that evolution is a process. I see life cyclically existing in dimensions, and “levels” of consciousness, and not always a clean pivot into a new dimension. There are usually moments in time where you exist in 2 spaces before fully existing in one.

Merging Physical and Non-Physical Selves

From my perspective and belief. The process of integrating the multi-dimensional self is seen as the point of physical existence. Why else would your infinite self exist, and create a reality where a portion of you exists in a physical dimension. That's like sending a troop to the battlefield to go to war, or to complete a task (the “human” you), but your infinite you, the lieutenant and, eye in the sky, directing the human you.. if either role player stopped playing their role. The mission or purpose is aborted. The illusion of separation is ultimately transcended, with all consciousnesses fundamentally interconnected. Everything on this planet came from non physical matter. Even if altered by Humans. We are connected to everything. All invisible matter is filled with a tether to you, and all people, and all physical objects, and more..

Nature of Reality, Ilusion and Creation

Experiences in AP have challenged every physical law created by man, and eyesight. The apparent solidity of physical objects (e.g., passing through walls, seeing walls peeled back like curtains, levitating, and flying). Nothing is at it seems. The only reason why anything is true all comes down to perspective of where one's vibration, alignment, or frequency is. (Speaking on physical matter, but this relates to any aspect of reality as well. Eg: Paradigms.)

I highly emphasize the fluidity and malleability of reality depending on vibrational frequency; “as above, so below.” If the invisible can make itself physical, then the physical can make itself invisible. It's all a matter of frequency and vibration.

Creation and manifestation begin in the non-physical before crystallizing into physical reality. The reverse is always occurring in some form..

A.P shows me the depth of illusion in the physical world and provides insight into alternate, “higher” realities where collective transformation is possible. The practice for me is seen as a non-linear progression of the soul, transcending space, time, and even the constraints of linear, physical incarnation.

Interaction with Non-Physical Beings and Spirit Release

Encounters with a variety of beings: Guides, “Entities,” Aliens, Shapeshifters, and Wandering Spirits. Have shown me truly, that any being we have seen in any movie, is probably a real being that exists in a dimension right here in the invisible matter of Earth, and outside of Earth? It's given me much thrill. The universe is possibly 10% physical matter, 90% dark matter. Within dark matter are realities unseen by the human eye.

My communication with spirits, even in my regular human form, has ramped up to a high degree. Practical experiences include releasing earthbound spirits back to source, some of whom are hesitant or fearful about moving on. I never force one to move on, but I let them know if they ever find me, I am available to assist in their departure. This also tells me that emotions, fear, and egoic constructs still exist beyond this physical dimension. It highlights the importance of “doing our work” before our physical departure, and makes me contemplate the purpose of “reincarnation”. If our soul has the ability to hold on to programs from the physical dimension, does this give more reason to why one would reincarnate over and over again? If the lessons aren’t absorbed. One might be inclined, or possibly even “forced” to take the class over again..

A.P has truly helped me see that death is not an end — spirits persist and can remain emotionally attached to the earthly plane, and constructs created within the earthly realm. It gives me a deeper understanding that physical life and consciousness may be a loop of some sort. Spirits not on earth don't entertain the construct of “good or bad”, “dead or alive”. A spirit is still alive. Just not in the flesh. There really is no construct of death. My encounters with spirits and the astral dimension clearly show me that we live in infinite paradoxes and nuances.

Light Expanding, Tracking and Connectivity

A.P has shown me how when you excel in certain areas of reality. You attract more, even things you don’t necessarily want to attract. When you excel in any practice in life. Your light becomes larger. Yes this is beneficial in regards to manifesting what you desire, but this can also attract more of what you don’t desire. The stronger your light or magnetic energy becomes, the more boundaries and clarity one must also maintain in order to keep “one’s path” clean and regulated, to keep equilibrium, and to deter negative energy, people, spirits, etc..

This also makes me wander what reality looks like to spirits, and how they traverse through it. One spirit I mentioned earlier who was weary of leaving Earth, asked me, if she ever became ready to leave, how could she find me. I didn’t think of it at first, but I went into a somewhat short banter about how if she found me at this moment, she could find me again. She just probably has to use intent. Somehow my frequency or light attracted her to where I was to begin with. Now that she’s in my field. She must have the potential to find me anywhere now. 

If our guides can constantly keep track of our whereabouts in this physical dimension, while they exist in the non-physical. I know for our Guides, and Spiritual Team there must be some sort of strong energetic tether. Maybe they find us simply through intent, but what about cords that we create through constant interaction with people, and spirits. And what about the initial interaction between spirits we haven’t interacted with yet? What makes a spirit come to us spontaneously, that has never come to us before?

When my energy body is teleporting to locations. I pass through various environments and schemes before arriving, and sometimes I just appear there without the transition. I’ve passed through dark atmospheres with blue lightning, Rainbow holes (imagine a black hole, but with colors of the rainbow). Scenes that seem like various images collaged on top of one another. And even through “in-between” dimensions that have beings in habituating there, they would push me in a certain direction that would lead me through another portal to other or dimensions where I would finally interact and explore. This is the most interesting one because I’ve seen this place numerous times. The Being is a simple looking Being. As if a child took a charcoal stick, and made a stick figure using many sthick strokes. No eyes, face, or features, besides the thick strokes. I would appear. One would run to me. Grab me, and push me a certain direction. There have been a couple times where I became conscious in the location. They would push me. And I for some reason would remain there. Even though the figure has no features. I would pick up on a energy of confusion as the Being would put it’s flat hands on my face, and pat me across the rest of my body

Views on Identity and Non-Binary Existence, Soul Connections

My experiences also challenge earthly constructs of gender and identity. I consistently interact with a being I call “Goddess” who appears as different genders and forms, even though “she” usually appears as a woman, these experiences still prompt deeper contemplation into concepts like “non-binary, and soul connections.” I first met “her” when I first started Projecting. I went through a phase where she and other Spirits would pull my energy body out of my flesh body. This led to various discussions. The download of our connection came through when I directly asked “her” one time. “Are you a guide? What are you to me?”, she answered. “We have been many things for each other…” With a tone that sounded like life times of role playing with one other. I couldn't help but to download the information and ”feeling” of all these life times. It was purely - Love…

I will be making a separate blog about her, but as time has continued, we have integrated a new dynamic. One that she says, “we haven't played before”. I on Earth in the physical crossing into her world habitually. Her. In the Subtle realms. Crossing into my world just as much. She says she’s been with me ever since I was born. I digress….

But this experience gives me a remembrance that soul-based love and connection in the non-physical transcends physical preferences and attraction. On Earth they may not because of chemistry, and the divine creation of polarity and duality of male and female counterparts. But when you find a connection with a soul who is connected to you even when they are non-physical. The love is still there. It's something I still require adjusting to. But I know this is why “she” mostly appears as a woman. Because of my attraction to female chemistry, and I still being human, I know this is why she still respects this part of the earthly nature. But I’ve seen her as an Alien, Man, and pure Energy. No matter how she appears, I’m aware it is a connection to a soul that “seems” to be currently deeper than any person I’ve had any relationship with in human reality.. she doesn’t ask me for anything, she doesn’t force me to be anything or anyone I’m not, she just exists with me..

This makes me think of the different roles we have played with the several relationships we’ve had on Earth. Hear me out. Maybe we’ve been lovers to our Parents in past lives. Our best friends. Our worse enemies. Maybe sexual preference is purely chemistry and conditioning. Will there be a time on Earth when everyone is naturally Pansexual???

Purpose, Evolution, Incarnation, “Contracts”

I still consider whether incarnation is forced or chosen. This consideration itself proves to me that we live in a paradoxical reality. Not all things may ever be known. We must find comfort in the unknowable void of all realities. I recognize speculative concepts like the “incarnation loop” and liberation through enlightenment.

AP has increased my sensitivity to spiritual contracts — with people, institutions, paradigms, the infinite aspects of reality, and the universe itself. Has opened me completely to any concept of reality. I don’t need to know everything. Will never know everything. I think this understanding plays a role in “enlightenment”, or “self-realization”. That we will never fully know everything about this reality and our origination point. But the things that are obvious, like treating one another with love, respect and non-judgement, get trampled over from our day to day concerns, egoic conditioning, hyper inflation of our false self, or lack of acceptance in other people who may live a different extreme than ours. 

“The Next Phase of Life”

I often find myself in scenarios or “levels” within astral projection where it seems like a lesson(s) must be learned before progressing. Reflective of life on Earth. Astral projection offers a space to interact with, evaluate, and renegotiate soul contracts not just with people but with broader realities and institutions in the physical. I see that there is no end to soul progression. I find myself progressing in ways I feel like Earth by itself couldn't show me. Or would take a longer time to. A.P is like a “Subtle School” to accelerate our lives on Earth. It might even be a closer step to our origination point of our creation.

I contemplate whether or not the Astral Dimension is the place where all souls go after we physically pass. It seems like every dimension exists there. Iv’e seen heavenly places, hellish places, and everything in between. Even if it supposedly isn’t where all souls go - A.P seems like the process of consciously dying, or crossing over intentionally, coming back a different Being. Everytime.
